向荣（江熚生饰）自小有阴阳眼，面对着朋友及同辈的排侪，他长大之后选择移居加拿大生活。一日，向荣收到妈妈（白灵饰）自杀不粹的消息，被迫回到香港的旧居，发现大厦内同层的邻居都表现怪异，当中包括太保同谭玉瑛饰演的老夫妇，每到半夜，楼上总会传出怪声，迫使向荣到楼上看过究竟，却发生一连串疑幻疑真的怪事。。"奸母"，杀戮，与《残酷食人族》，如出一辙，意大利超真实恐怖片经典之作。不完全是由头杀到完场，至少它有一两场"床戏"与裸女，更有"奸母"的异象，满足大部分(男性)观众的愿望。它的拍摄手法亦不算太粗烂，布景不差，丧尸的化妆尤其好。演员演出也算不俗。其实是七、八十年代意大利外销美国的B级商业电影的代表作。。One evening in Mexico City Ana and Alejandro are held up at gunpoint by two men, Alejandro is murdered during the assault because he had only two hundred pesos on him.
