痴迷于超常现象的女孩春子（野崎萌香 饰）是一个没有工作的家里蹲，她跟家人鲜少交流，绝大多数时间都蜷缩在房间里，对着电视自言自语。某天，电视机突然长出了身体、手脚，拥有了自主意识，变成一个活蹦乱跳的电视君（中村苍 饰）。起初电视君和春子互相看不顺眼，不过他们最终还是别别扭扭地生活在同一屋檐下，春子枯燥无聊的生活中些许品味到了幸福。这一天，行迹可疑的电视制作人找到电视君，希望他主持一档阿拉伯语的教学类节目。以此为契机，电视君在电视界扶摇直上……。The Balkan Peninsula is notorious for being one of the great battlegrounds of history.
