A young street magician is left to take care of his little sister after his mother's passing and turns to drug dealing in the Los Angeles party scene to keep a roof over their heads. When he gets into trouble with his supplier, his sister is kidnapped and he is forced to rely on both his sleight of hand and brilliant mind to save her。平成20年，在静冈县的国道高架桥下发现了杀人事件。而调查此次案件的静冈县警裾野署的警察日下悟发现，在昭和49年时须藤就已经和妻子离婚、当时住在静冈年幼的儿子尾畑守因诱拐杀人案件而去世。这个事件的时效成立一年前的昭和63年，由静冈县警本部长榛康秀所发出的指示而成立了特别搜查班。此后，非正式编制却升入警视厅的重藤成一郎成为管理官，率领着六个有能力的警察再次展开调查。。为调查一桩模特连环死亡案，面容姣好、身材傲人的女警察进入模特公司做卧底，期间与摄影师产发生了一些事情……。
