福建省福泉镇的龙村，地方繁荣，百姓安居乐业。虽然仍有一些投机者夹杂其中，但地方村民受到龙村少林国术馆馆主的维护，投机者无法施展其技俩。但龙村地方繁荣倒是引起外来恶徒的垂涎。福泉镇每年一度的国术竞技比赛，优胜者可担任国术总会的总管。多年来，民防保安队队长一直被地方鼠辈何荣父子事前收买为评判员，以取巧方式得胜，使其掌管国术总会，进而向村民收取保护费。龙村少林馆主庄泰，为一少林正派宗师，务必在今年的比赛大会中争取胜利，解除村民的负担……。特德是一个专门偷窃宝石捷汽车的团伙头目，在一次偷车事件后，引起了警方的注意，警方于是派一个刚刚加入警队并对汽车非常了解的警察本杰明，化名比尔到特德的修车厂去卧底，比尔通过在修车方面的优异表现取得了特德的信任，并与特德成了好朋友。在特德的手下马尔科姆被杀后，警方加强了对特德的调查，而同时比尔的身份也被特德识穿。特德为了赢得比尔，不择手段地杀害了两个知道比尔身份的警察，希望能让比尔彻底回到他的身边，比尔该怎样面对这一切呢？。One day, thinking that it will make your wife and friends smile, you shave off the moustache that you have had for the last ten years. Viewers who like their conclusions tidy may rebel, but those who relish outstanding performances in the service of an intriguing idea will be entertained.
