梦想有着无穷的神力，经历汗水和坚持，不可能就演变成了“事实”。 故事发生在塔克拉玛干沙漠边缘的一个新疆村庄里，主人公帕尔哈提是一所小学的教师，幼年时候的足球梦想被父亲扼杀。沙丘上，一颗足球被风吹到帕尔哈提的脚下，唤起了他对足球的回忆和热情。他将足球带回家缝好，由此一颗“天赐”的足球便开启了帕尔哈提和他班上十几个孩子的“足球追梦之旅” ...... 通过帕尔哈提的努力，他成功带领球队的孩子，克服重重困难将热爱足球的孩子们引领上了一条追梦足球的道路，而帕尔哈提本人也在与孩子们的相处中自我提升，逐渐成为一名传奇足球教练......。This is a story about people in love with cinema, and a country going through its most difficult times.
