影片改编自作家兼律师的五十岚律人在司法研习生时代所执笔的同名小说，故事以永濑饰演的主人公久我清义、杉咲饰演的青梅竹马织本美铃、以及北村饰演的天才结城馨这3名法学院学生作为中心展开。在毕业后，清义成为了律师，而其他两人则成为了杀人事件的嫌疑人和受害者，各自隐藏的真相逐渐被揭露……。A boyfriend, who can barely speak English, embarks on an overseas trip with his girlfriend, who takes charge of planning everything and even handles communication on his behalf. However, their journey turns into a nightmare when they barely make it to their accommodation, and strange knocking sounds start emanating from the room.
