影片讲述了一位常年运输精神病的司机马小军在一次运输过程中，不慎将精神病人丢失在自己情人的店外，无计可施又怕承担责任的马小军与小凤萌生了一个偷天换日的想法——把小凤的客人充当精神病人送去医院。没想到的是，接下来到店里的客人都是行为古怪的人，马小军和小凤使出浑身解数，凑齐了逃走精神病人的数量，两人正准备离开的时候同屋的小仙发现了两人的阴谋，小仙受到惊吓，跑出了店，马小军和小凤发现后，害怕身份暴露，到处寻找小仙，此时，在车内饱受折磨的老六挣脱了绳索，找到了正在收拾东西准备离开的小凤。马小军赶回时，发现运输车又是空空，急忙跑回发廊去找小凤，却发现小凤被人绑在了房间里……。Music.
